I have kernel 2.4.18-newpmac from package kernel-image-2.4.18-newpmac.

So, I have type 0x05 instead of type 0x04.

My keyboard is an AZERTY keyboard (though I configured it a bit like
a QWERTY -- I hate AZERTY's). Could this be the difference?
