I didn't take it so. I fully appreciate any suggestions which are doable
to us. I do also respect Zobel's requirement to make sure, we allow
access to distributable packages only which is only fair.

Discussing the idea, I pointed out, you can still hide non-distributable
files in debian.tar.gz if you really wanted to, in times on 3.0/quilt.
That pretty much rules out this idea, sadly.
