[LCFC] po-debconf://ez-ipupdate

Buenas, aviso que este archivo no tiene nada que ver con el antiguo
que tenía César ya que la versión ha cambiado casi radicalmente. Esto
quiere decir que aunque ponga LCFC, es como si fuera un RFR.
