Eis o que você pediu acima, se eu tiver feito corretamente. Você ou algum colega poderia verificar se está correto, por favor?

O arquivo está anexado aqui. Temporariamente salvei com um nome diferente, por precaução (com um x adicionado), mas se preferir eu reenvio com o nome original.

Queria perguntar: esse trecho tal como está (com USA na msg str, ver aqui abaixo), não está errado? 

Só pra saber, que linguagem de programação é esta?
