Eis o pacote vpb-driver, traduzido e testado. Solicito revisão. 

Noto que há um longo comentário nele para os tradutores, a respeito de códigos de telefonia que pode ser necessário alterar (e indicando esta URL, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_country_calling_codes para consultas) - o primeiro string para ser traduzido contém apenas o número "61". Ele deve ser alterado para 55, o código do Brasil?
