You're welcome, I am simply doing what I can to enhance the translation.
You know how to properly translate English to French, but I have a more
detailed knowledge of what apt-listbugs does, hence we can maximize the
quality of the result, if we join forces! ;-)

My proposed modification is in the plural form, since those six
messages talk about the bugs that will be listed below them.
This is the meaning of the comment I placed for translators:

#. TRANSLATORS: the following six strings refer to a plural quantity of bugs

I propose the following translations:

#. TRANSLATORS: the following six strings refer to a plural quantity of bugs
#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:81
msgid "Outstanding"
msgstr "En attente de traitement"

#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:82
msgid "Forwarded"
msgstr "Transféré"

#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:83
msgid "Pending Upload"
msgstr "En attente de téléchargement (upload)"

#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:84
msgid "Fixed in NMU"
msgstr "Corrigé dans un NMU"

#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:85
msgid "From other Branch"
msgstr "D'une autre Branche"

#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:86
msgid "Resolved in some Version"
msgstr "Résolus dans une version donnée"

If any of them is not suitable for a plural quantity of bugs, please
fix it!

Just to clarify, these six strings appear as "titles" for lists of bugs.
For instance:

$ apt-listbugs list apt/0.9.8
Retrieving bug reports... Done
Parsing Found/Fixed information... Done
serious bugs of apt (→ 0.9.8) <Resolved in some Version>
b1 - #701048 - many squeeze->wheezy upgrades fail with "Could not perform immediate configuration" (Fixed: apt/0.9.9)
   Merged with: 645713
 b2 - #558784 - apt: re-adds removed keys (Fixed: 0.9.10)
Summary:
 apt(2 bugs)

As you can see, "<Resolved in some Version>" refers to "serious bugs of
apt", which is built from

#. TRANSLATORS: %{sevty} is the severity of some of the bugs found for package %{packg}.
#: ../lib/apt-listbugs/logic.rb:655
msgid "%{sevty} bugs of %{packg} ("
msgstr "bogues de gravité %{sevty} sur %{packg} ("

If I understand correctly, "bogues" is a plural form.
As a consequence, I am under the impression that "Résolus" and the
other five translations should refer to a plural quantity of bugs.

Please correct me, if I am wrong in any part of my reasoning.

Good!

That's a relief! ;-)

Indeed, b<id> is an ad-hoc identifier used by apt-listbugs to make the
user's life easier.
You can see it used in the example above (b1, b2, ...).

No problem!
