You need to exclude the kcmlilo stuff package in the control file because that 
doesn't work on PPC for obvious reasons; it doesn't have nor use lilo. I 
guess that was the main problem with the ppc kdeadmin packages. Just removing 
the lilo-stuff in kdeadmin/debian/control should last.
