	Aye!  It looks like random.tar.gz has fallen off the net.  Aha!
I have found a copy lying about on my Hurd box.  I shall post my copy to
http://www.eng.uwaterloo.ca/~sfllaw/programs/gnu/

	Good thing I keep copies of stuff lying around.  Jim, can we put
random.tar.gz in hurd-extras?

	The easiest way to install the random translator is to download
the Hurd CVS tree and copy the translator inside.  Then, do a build.
