Oh no, not at all, I apologize if that wasn't clear. I did understand
very well why you were asking that, and I would love to have an
answer---coming from those (potential) users---to give you, but
unfortunately I don't have it.
I'll take care in the future of asking individuals which will bring up
with me the topic of CUT/rolling (no matter how non-representative that
could be) and will let you know. In the meantime I've highlighted an
approximate way to ask them (the survey, which is unfortunately limited
by the non-scalability of surveys with open-ended answers), that's the
best I could do for now.
