I am the author of parse-xf86config. Branden and me were aware of the fact
that my script will have some bugs initially (every software has), but a
bigger problems are the bugs in the XF86Config man page, and confusing
documentation in general. X configuration does cause many questions on
debian-user, and we hope that a preliminary validity check can eliminate
some of them.

We decided that it was worth a try, and I think it was worth the effort. In
the future, I will continue to add checks to this file (every time we enter
a new unstable tree of the distribution), and I hope that in general the
script will catch more bugs than non-bugs :)

#28338: has been fixed since a long time.
#28572: I was not aware of the bug number, but benjamin Redelings noted this
and it was fixed around the same time as 28338.
#28689: Fixed two versions later then the two above.
#29152: The same as 28689.
#29643: I believe this is fixed. I didn't make an entry in the changelog,
but the code contains the right things.
#30390: Fixed.
#30610: Also fixed in the latest version of my script.

I would like to know about ANY valid config file that is misparsed by the
script, so I can fix it. There are certainly more problems, but most usual
configurations should be covered by now.

I sent Branden my latest version of the script, 0.6.4.1, so I assume it is.
