Actually, only the FNP protocol is open to the world by default. The
others are "client" protocols, only used for running clients in a
local network or on localhost.
Freenet advertises the address and port in interesting and mysterious
ways that have nothing to do with the IANA. B-)
So, the question is still one of conflicts, not of registration.
