This is the normal debian url not the debian-non-US, so it should be:
http://ftp2.it.debian.org/debian
or
http://ftp.it.debian.org/debian

and this should be the non-US part, so it should read:
http://ftp2.it.debian.org/debian-non-US
or:
http://ftp.it.debian.org/debian-non-US
