Hi,

today I installed Debian Etch on a friends workstation, in german. First
of all congratulations, you really do a good job and I like the new
installer. I just wanted to report a little typo in it, on the list
where you can select the task of a harddisk (filesystem or lvm-volume,
crypto-volume etc.), is written "Physikalisches Volume fuer
Verschluesselung" where you should just s/Volume/Volumen/, this is also
wrong in 2 other list elements.

Regards

That's not a typo. "Volume" is just English and not related to Volumen
(which might be a translation as i notice now the first time). I even
hesitated to translate "logical" and "physical".

"Logical Volume" is really common in German texts, "logisches Volume"
hopefully too.

I always think about "loudness" (Lautstärke) when I hear "volume" and
I'm sure many other people also see no relation of volume and Volumen
(even if it is valid).

Nevertheless I added a few real typos in the installer. If you find
these you will get a cooky from me :-)

Jens
