This shows exactly why these shortcuts were such a bad idea: the same
key, different modifiers, for closely related but complementary tasks.
It's slow to type in succession and impossible to remember, and indeed,
I never could, while I never had any problem with ^KB ^KK ^KC and later
^C ^V.
It's backwards, literally and figuratively. Things like copy/paste
should be done using different keys, same modifier and not the other way
around.
