mail section mostly done
I went ahead and uploaded most of what I had compiled to master this
morning. Chris apparently beat me to it with smail :-)
I didn't upload imap_4.1.BETA-1, because there were too many warnings
for my liking.
Anyway, it looks like Incoming is actively being worked on, as I got
confirmation of the following installations:
