New Dialog contribution

I posted this to the Sourceforge list, not realizing that we have not
converted yet.  Sorry.

I am contributing a modal dialog for date selection for the V GUI.  This
dialog is similar to the date dialog you often see in Windows.  I would love
some feedback on it's usefulness, properties, bugs or anything else.
