DJGPP does NOT work with any MS-Windows apps (at least not very
easily!),
and therefore does NOT work with V. DJGPP is intended as an MS-DOS mode
compiler! The Cygnus / Mingw32 compiler is essentially the same
compiler (although a bit more up to date) as DJGPP, and DO support
Windows development.
