Package: sponsorship-requests
Severity: normal

Dear mentors,

I am looking for a sponsor for the Debian Games Team package "minetest":

 * Package name    : minetest
   Version         : 5.5.0+dfsg+~1.9.0mt4+dfsg-1
 * URL             : https://www.minetest.net/
 * License         : CC-BY-SA-4.0, Apache-2.0, ISC, LGPL-2.1+, LGPL-3+, Expat, BSD-2-clause, cryptsoft-License, CC-BY-SA-3.0, OpenSSL-License, CC0-1.0, MIT, GPL-2+, zlib, CC-BY-3.0, public-domain
 * Vcs             : https://salsa.debian.org/games-team/minetest
   Section         : games

It builds those binary packages:

  minetest - Multiplayer infinite-world block sandbox
  minetest-server - Multiplayer infinite-world block sandbox (server)
  minetest-data - Multiplayer infinite-world block sandbox (data files)

To access further information about this package, please visit the following URL:

  https://mentors.debian.net/package/minetest/

Alternatively, one can download the package with dget using this command:

  dget -x https://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/m/minetest/minetest_5.5.0+dfsg+~1.9.0mt4+dfsg-1.dsc

Changes since the last upload:

 minetest (5.5.0+dfsg+~1.9.0mt4+dfsg-1) unstable; urgency=medium
 .
   * New upstream release.
   * Add git-buildpackage config file.
   * Migrate from repack.sh to Files-Excluded.
   * Refresh patches.
   * Add NEWS describing breaking/significant changes.
   * Add README.source for maintainer notes.

The Vcs listed above does not yet include my changes, please see the
following URL for the git repository that built this package:

https://salsa.debian.org/twrightsman/minetest

The debian-devel-games mailing list also has some additional discussion
related to this packaging:

Thanks! Fixed and uploaded again to mentors.

I do not see these changes represented in the team's git repository and no thread about it on the mailing list, so I assume that you did not upload this on behalf of the team.

You should really get in touch with the Games Team and work with them to update the package.
I am closing this request.
