I added the BSD-2-Clause license for src/utils/crc32c.h, copyright Magnus Edenhill and added the zlib license for src/utils/crc32c.c, copyright Mark Adler. Thanks for pointing out the copyright issues, I am still getting familiar with the copyright protocol. I looked at other examples of the d/copyright format to follow so please let me know if there are any other issues to address or if I made an error.
