I think I caused this problem by misunderstanding that tokenize-rt is a
wrapper for Python stdlib tokenize, rather than a fork of it and then
suggesting that the tokenize-rt fork of tokenize should be merged with
the Python stdlib tokenize, leading to the above bug. I'm sorry I
caused this issue and for not investigating more closely. I will
apologise to tokenize-rt for this too.
