I currently do not need this version (I am using the old one in production, so I think we can wait a few days before uploading this package and upload it under Debian science).

If I understand correctly, given its current state, the only things that I need to do are:
1) ensure that I am part of Debian Science team;
2) change maintainer and uploaders;
3) move git repository under Debian Science and update Vcs fields in the package;
4) update changelog.

Is that all?

In order to move the repository, is it fine if I setup a new repository in Debian Science, change my remote url and push there? Or will I cause troubles  acting in this way (eg.: too many commits emails)?
Do you have a better migration workflow?

Bests,
Giulio
