happens when you file a RFS ;)
I know there is bremer doing those RFSes, but hopefully he doesn't get
mad if I steal something :D

I have a helm_1.9.2.orig.tar.xz with sha256

I was about to upload when I realized this is not installable due to
that elpa-popup new dependency that is only in the binary.
I see you have #813953 open for that, I will look at that later.
Given that hopefully you want your packages to always be installable,
it's nice to mark the RFS as blocking one another in cases like this, so
I could have looked at popup before, instead of stalling this now :)
