Thank you for your comments and suggestions.
I have uploaded new version 0.6-2 to mentors.
The package is converted to source format "3.0 (quilt)", and
d/copyright, d/changelog and d/rules are updated as you requested.

Yes, I have read upgrading-checklist through and find nothing relevant
(except debian/menu, which I corrected already).
