lsbcmdchk added to autobuilder
I have added lsbcmdchk to the list of packages that the autobuilder
generates. lsbcmdchk verifies the presence on the system of all the
commands required by the LSB but does no behavioural testing.
It does have some overlap with the FHS test suite and whether or not
it is used in future certification testing probably depends on the
future development of a comprehensive commands test suite (ie its
better to have at least a presence test than nothing at all).
