We could add both as dependencies to the rpm, but they would cause
errors not warnings on installations. The run_tests script does now
check for the LSB linker and reports an error message if it is
missing.
AFAIK there isn't a distro independent way of determining if the lsb
dependency is present, short of attempting to install a package which
has that dependency (and we haven't specified the name of a tool with
which to do installations of packages).
