Re: 'DEM ', 'FRF ' no longer valid in int_curr_symbol

In my opinion this is a bug in glibc. This does not allow
a user to define their own locale nor define a historic locale
with the previous currency symbols.

We should leave the tests as they are until we get a ruling
back from POSIX on this issue.
