I put a pax-3.0 RPM and glibc RPMs (this one are for SuSE Linux 7.3)
on ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/kukuk/LSB. This pax version should 
pass all tests and the glibc contains all of my fixes (which are also
in the glibc CVS now).
