Updated lsb-os & tet_vsxgen source tarballs

Updated versions of the lsb-os test suite and the
TET/VSXgen framework are available at:

tet_vsxgen_2.0.tgz
  - Ash as bin/sh compatability fixes (Andrew/Me)
  - Removal of lsb-os specific libraries
  - Cosmetic fixes

lts_lsb-os-1.0.2.1beta.tgz (This is still a beta release of the test suite)
  - Removal of testcases testing functionality not required
    by the LSB specification (Andrew)
  - Update of documentation (Andrew)
  - Move of lsb-os specific libraries from tet/vsxgen tarball to this one
  - This test suite requires tet_vsxgen_2.0 to work correctly

All of the test suites can be installed with the latest TET/VSXgen
tarball and they should all be installable with /bin/sh set to ash.
