Problems building VSW4

Hi,
I'm having trouble building the VSW4 (X test suite) on a RedHat 7.0 linux
2.2.16-22 kernel. I got vsw4 from the opengroup website. When I try to
build the entire X test suite using TET, it errors out with the following
message:

70||"total tests in tset 3927"
110|0 /tset/CH02/allplns/Test 10:56:58|Build Start, scenario ref 2-0
50||(exec.c, 129): can't exec wbuild, reply code = ER_NOENT

50||(exec.c, 129): can't exec wbuild, reply code = ER_NOENT
130|4 -1 10:56:58|Build End, scenario ref 6-0

When I try to build the X test suite, without using TET, I get the
following:

[root@hum-v CH03]# pmake
if [ ! -f Tests ]; then cat /dev/null > Tests; \
chmod a+x Tests; else : ; fi
for i in chngwdwatt cnfgrwdw crcltsbws crcltsbwsd crcltsbwsu crtsmplwdw

                (cd $i; echo Compiling in $i; wbuild linkexec); \
        fi; \
done

/bin/sh: wbuild: command not found
Compiling in cnfgrwdw

What I have noticed, this particular distribution of VSW4 does not have a
tet directory even though the README docs says otherwise. Has anyone
encountered this problem before? How did you manage to resolve it? Any
assistance is very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
