Re: "Rationale" in Definitions section



The "rationale" here is for these definitions and thus is useful to
be nearby to the text it provides further information on.

What the document lacks presently is some notation for Rationale Text
that denotes it in a manner that clearly differentiates from the normative
text (such as side bar shading , colored text, new section etc).

We could add a definition of the term "Rationale" with an example perhaps:

Rationale

Paragraphs labeled rationale in this document are non-normative and are
for information only. They provide information concerning the
contents of this document, and why features were included or discarded
by the standard developers. An example of a rationale paragraph is as follows:
