ftp mirror for sample implementation

I was asked to offer a ftp mirror for the sample implementation.

There are 2 alternatives:

o get it from CVS (works for crossdevel environment also)
o I cvs tagged the minimal runtime of the sample implementation
  as Version LSB_0_8. Package is here:
