multi-architecture hdrchk

The hdrchk tool is now architecture sensitive. It will measure ia32 & ia64,
platforms now, and produce useful data for other platforms. If you've got
a platform of a different architecture, please give it a try. The current
code is in the cvs repository under src/tests/devchk.
