Also my configuration is the _default_ apache ./configure, which does not include the majority of cool extra modules that come with most distributions. lsb-apache + (mod_ssl|php4|apxs|mod_rewrite|...) will just wait for another day, or a competent packager. For now, I'm hoping to get lsb-apache to a workable state, since most sysadmins can easily install and see recognizable behavior quickly. lsb-mutt and lsb-mozilla are next, the latter causing me more significant pain at the moment. -drew -- M.
