Task 20522: GNU/Linux Standard Shell
We need one or more volunteers to work on the LSB's GNU/Linux Standard
Shell specification.

The LSB needs to document a standard shell. There is a POSIX shell standard
and we have a test for that. Will bash or pdksh pass the VSClite test
suite?
