OverbiteWX 0.4.1 available

OverbiteWX is now available with default TLS to the Floodgap Public Gopher
Proxy and a better redirection mechanism. It requires 58.0 due to a bug in
the WebExtension support in earlier versions. You can get it from Mozilla
Add-ons.
