The text file selectors in that server's top menu point to a server
named "fos", giving me an Address Not Found in my Gecko-based
Overbite-enabled browser.

If this address resolves to something in your computer, I suppose that
could explain why you get "Connecting to..." instead of "Address Not
Found".

Perhaps there's some hostname setting which needs to be changed
somewhere?
