because pyflakes could be dropped right now if python-apt moves away
from it, which doesnt require any external work

Yep, i worked last night to get all reverse dependencies of python-apt
addressed (the ones that count as many are not in testing because
already RC and can be ignored): now that python-debian dropped its
python support, Julian you can drop pyhton-apt binary package entirely
right away.
