Bug#703375: apt: installing skype 4.1 in multiarch tries to deinstall large portion of system

Where do those instructions say to use ‘--force-architecture’ on this
deb?  This is absolutely not necessary if you have m-a properly
configured, which the tail of your report seems to indicate.
