Bug#676459: Trying to upgrade apt still fails

Some more data

In synaptic I mark apt for upgrade.  When I click apply it says fix broken packages which happens to be: glib2.0-0

Before this there are no broken packages.

Note that this was after a 'apt-get upgrade' that fetched some 700MB of packages!
