Serna does not depend on python-sip4 (any more) so the package is no
longer required. But serna depends on sip-api-7.0, which is provided by
python-sip and python-sip Conflicts: python-sip4 (<< 4.10).

So python-sip4 needs to be updated for python-sip to be installed and
therefore for serna to be installed.

        Goswin

PS: Upgrading is considered saver than removing. autoremove isn't
infallable and isn't done automatically.
