Hi APT team,
you've probably noticed that already, but just to make sure I send this
mail. We have grave bug report against tetex-bin which is triggered only
when apt-utils is not intalled:

The reason why I contact you is that we don't make any use of apt-utils
in config or postinst, so I cannot see the connection (and I also can't
find any obvious errors in our code).
So if you've got an idea, I'd be glad to hear from you.
