Bug#234886: apt: 'Yes, do as I say!' should not be translated

That is not true: the code puts the text in one variable, prints it out
and compares user input to it.
If it doesn't work for your locale, that's a different issue. Perhaps
there are two characters that look the same or almost the same, so that
you enter the wrong one? Did you try to copy&paste the string? Or does
apt-get really accept the English sentence instead?
