The apt "ssh" and "bzip2" methods appears to have gone missing in the testing
and unstable distributions of apt (0.5.14). They were included as of 0.5.4 in
Woody.
More specifically, the files /usr/lib/apt/methods/{ssh,bzip2} are missing.
