Bug#131265: apt: build-deps ispell breaks on "wenglish | words-american-english", with wenglish present

In ispell-3.1.20-20 (woody/sid) there is a build dependency
 "wenglish | words-american-english"

wenglish exists, and is installed; words-american-english does not exist
(in Packages)
apt-get build-deps then totally fails.
