Bug#57283: gnome-apt: libapt-pkg2.7 dependency problem

It's happening again...
Basically, the new apt provides libapt-pkg2.7 now (and not 2.6), so it
looks like a re-package against the new apt is in order here.
I got the severity from similar bug numbers 44427, 45928, and 49390.
BTW, if you fix this one, you can also easily close out #56729 as it is
a similar bug with an almost identical solution.
