Bug#76322: apt: apt-cache needs a dumpsrc option like dumpavail

Please add a dumpsrc command for apt-cache, which can dump the available
sources lists like dumpavail does for packages.

On that same note, would it be possible to only list certain attributes in
either of these listings. Like:

apt-cache --attr=package,depends,provides,conflicts,version dumpavail
Package: ae
Version: 1.0-1
Depends: libc6

Package: bc
Version: 1.2-1
Depends: libc6
Conflicts: foo
