That is the bug actually.. Wichert and others reported this problem so I
added that new message to find out why it prints the later message, now I
know :>
That said - this should not effect your use of apt-cdrom, the error
message is harmless.

This is fixed in CVS, little buglet there. This will basically disable
using that CD..
