Yes, but it may be that xemacs20 depends on something that cannot be
installed. Try 'install task-sgml xemacs20' and try -o
debug::pkgproblemresolver=true
 
When there is a problem installing a set of packages APT can sometimes
choose very odd places to give up so the errors are not so great.
