Package names

On Dec 17, Ben Gertzfield decided to present us with:

Which made me wonder. Now that libapt is going to have its own
package, what will be in the "apt" package? apt-get? so
shouldn't the package be renamed "apt-get"? the fact that the
package name is "apt" gives the wrong idea that it contains a
full working replacement for dselect.
