Squid supports "Pragma: no-cache", even in the client request headers.

Thomas is using http access, but would like to use http-proxied ftp.

Anyway, the proper solution ofcourse is for the HTTP server to
add the right Expires: headers. The Packages file is refreshed daily,
it should have an Expires: header that reflects that.
